4. Order Tracking

We currently ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii.
International shipping upon request – contact us for rates and delivery times.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order appears lost or arrived damaged:

Include your order number and a description (photos for damage claims are encouraged)
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue – replacements or refunds may be offered at our discretion.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is delivered to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipment fees.
