We offer planners and related products as described on our Products pages. We make every effort to display colors, images, and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact appearance on your device.

Digital Products

Digital planners are delivered via email/download link immediately after purchase. All Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded.

Physical Products

Availability is subject to change. Minor variations in color or design may occur due to printing/manufacturing processes.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to updated prices at any time without notice. Payment must be completed upon checkout via accepted payment methods. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Physical planners only

We ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Shipping fees and delivery timelines are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Digital Planners

Delivered instantly via download link or email. If you do not receive your file, please contact us at gabrielleoz@4ozplanning.com.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Physical Products

Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not accept returns on:

• Used items

• Sale or Clearance items

• Customized products

Digital Products

Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Distribute

• Claim as your own any part of or digital or physical products.
