Refund Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Personalized or custom-made items
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please:
a. Email us at gabrielleoz@4ozplanning.com
b. Include your order number and reason for the return
c. We will then provide return instructions if the item qualifies
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• We will notify you of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
5. Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include photos of the issue and packaging
We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
a. Check your bank or credit card account
b. Contact your payment provider
